How do I create an account?

Open the BiznessKid app and tap Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple. After signing in, you'll complete a brief parental consent screen, then create a profile for your child to start exploring business ideas.

How do subscriptions work?

BiznessKid is free to download and includes one child profile and one launched business at no cost. Premium subscriptions unlock unlimited child profiles, unlimited businesses, and all founder ranks.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. You can manage or cancel anytime in your store settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → BiznessKid → Cancel Subscription.

Android: Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → BiznessKid → Cancel.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep premium access until your current billing period ends.

How do I delete my account and my child's data?

From inside the app, tap the settings icon to open the Parent Zone, then choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, all child profiles, and all associated data (ideas, business plans, progress, badges).

Per COPPA, we delete all data immediately from our active database. Backup copies are purged within 30 days.

Does voice input record my child's voice?

Voice input uses Apple's built-in speech recognition to convert what your child says into text. The audio is processed by Apple and is not stored by BiznessKid. Only the resulting text (the business idea your child typed or spoke) is saved.

Voice input is optional — children can always type their ideas instead.

What ages is BiznessKid designed for?

BiznessKid is designed for ages 9–11 and is officially Made for Kids on the App Store. Younger or older kids can also enjoy the app with parental guidance — the content is appropriate for all ages.

How do I set up the parent PIN?

Open the Parent Zone from the settings icon, then go to Account SettingsSet Up PIN. The PIN protects the Parent Zone and is required before any purchase.

If you don't set a PIN, a math challenge appears instead to confirm an adult is present before purchases.

I forgot my PIN — how do I reset it?

Email us at hello@ideavolte.com from the email address on your account and we'll help you reset it.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google, not by BiznessKid. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com for App Store purchases or your Google Play order history for Play Store purchases.
